We photographed the test area and reviewed accessible waterproofing details around roof plant, supports, perimeter upstands and an opening. The observations were recorded for the buyer alongside the wider condition survey.

The photographs document the roof area during the test. They do not, by themselves, establish whether the roof passed or failed or identify a source of water ingress. The findings and any limitations were addressed in the buyer’s report.
