Inspec is an RICS-regulated Building Consultancy. Building Surveying sits at the centre of our work, supported by construction, contract and commercial knowledge.
We provide independent inspection and reporting, then help clients define and deliver remedial works where instructed. Our UK work focuses on Scotland-wide commercial surveying and project delivery. In the UAE, we also undertake residential inspections in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Reports aim to set out clear observations, photographic evidence, technical context and practical recommendations appropriate to the appointment.
How we record and report.
Our Inspec Report app structures site observations, photographs and defect records during an inspection. The surveyor reviews the evidence and prepares the final advice for the property and the instruction.
Where relevant, a tracked defects schedule supports follow-up and de-snagging. The app records the evidence; professional judgement shapes the conclusion.
