Villa roof inspection in Saadiyat Island.
We reviewed roof drainage, waterproofing junctions and accessible roof plant. The inspection recorded debris at an outlet, localised repairs around a roof opening and corrosion to exposed metalwork. We identified further testing where visual inspection alone could not establish a water path.
